Planning and Scheduling a Project

Planning and Information Gathering

Your projects are important to us and we will work with you to figure out what the best approach is towards achieving your goals. Any information you provide to us regarding your audience (background, location, size), your message (content, priorities, existing marketing), and your budget, will allow us to craft an appropriate plan.

Timing

When you’re starting a new project, you should take into account time for:

  • planning - finding the best solution to meet your goal
  • research & pricing - obtaining quotes and collating the information
  • creating or modifying artwork
  • reviews and approvals - to be sure you are happy with the work being done
  • production and printing
  • delivery - to your office or across the country

Actual times for these tasks will vary based on the requirements of each job, so plan ahead. We’ll ask you about your schedule, and make recommendations that will yield the best results in the given time.

Budget

You will be asked what your budget is for a given project. This information helps us provide appropriate information to you regarding your options. We can choose products and suppliers that work within your means.
